Training Objectives
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
✅ Adopt a managerial stance aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality
✅ Identify the human, relational, and organizational challenges of assuming a new role
✅ Communicate effectively with teams, clients, and management
✅ Leverage key soft skills to inspire, unite, and structure a team
✅ Define an action plan for the first 90 days
Target Audience
➡️ Newly promoted managers or those recently joining a high-end establishment
➡️ Department heads or supervisors starting in a managerial role
Prerequisites:
➡️ Hands-on experience in hospitality (at least 1 year)
